2    Automatically collected information from your devices in connection with your online activity (including, in some cases, specific location information or information that enables us to identify you across devices).

 

3   Information you provide outside this application to other companies (such as Scudin.com sellers and vendors, or payment services companies including PayPal, Stripe, etc., and/or other social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google, or GitHub, etc.) that you associate with your Scudin.com account, or which you voluntarily consent or direct we associates with your account. We may combine the information we gather, including in combination with information from third parties. For example, when a user signs up for or in to Scudin.com application using a login feature through another company (like Facebook or Google’s login features), we receive information like the user’s email address and name.

 

Through your browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, and Internet browser type and version. We use this information to ensure that the Site functions properly.

Use of Site by Minors

The seller’s commission is automatic when the seller’s account is properly set up and the seller is verified as the original owner of the named business or entity associated with the vendor account on scudin.com. When the vendor account is not properly set up with the vendors payment information, withdrawal won’t be automatic. Hence, the seller can only withdraw 50% of their commission after the customer’s purchase order is delivered to the customer. The other 50% is remitted to the seller after the Return Policy period is expired. At this point, the customer purchase order is deemed to be complete, and the seller can then get the full commission for those sales. You can find this information on our Return Policy page. This hold is necessary because it reduces abuse of sales and it helps Scudin.com to manage customer’s refunds order in a more efficient and timely manner, which leaves our customers highly satisfied in scudin.com customer service.

Yes, there is a refund policy for Ethos Account Subscription after purchase. That is, Ethos Account is a refundable purchase and it's prorated depending the period of cancelation. The user of the Account has the express right to cancel the subscription at any time if the user thinks he or she can no longer make use of the service.

Anybody can buy products on Scudin.com Marketplace. To make it easier for the customer and for the customer to have best shopping experience with faster fulfilment rate, a customer can choose to buy items from a vendor who sells products on Scudin.com Marketplace within the customer’s specified region. This way the customer can receive their order faster.

Yes, the seller is obligated to let the customer know when they can return any item they purchase with a full refund. The seller is required to state the item’s Return Policy period on the description page, where the item is listed so that the customer can see it and be aware of the period they can make any return if necessary for such purchase. You can access the information about Scudin.com return policy on our Terms & Condition page.

You can cancel your seller’s subscription anytime you decide not to sell your products on Scudin.com Marketplace. You can't get a refund for your subscription when you cancel within a free trial period (you can start with the Basic Plan and use it for the trial period and upgrade later). After this period, no refund will be issued.

Scudin.com Return Policy period is within two weeks to 30 days from the delivery date for customer purchase order, depending on the category of item(s) the customer purchased. A seller can choose their own Return Policy period based on their business needs. Refer to Scudin.com Return Policy page here: Customer Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale for more information.

Yes, a seller can only choose from Scudin.com selected third party fulfilment centers located within the seller’s shipping zone or region to fulfil customer’s order.

Ethos Account covers part of seller’s fulfilment obligation. When a seller subscribes for Ethos Account, Scudin.com will take responsibility of fulfilling the customer’s orders from the seller, for items weighing <1lb up to 20lb (<1kg to 9.072kg) on standard shipment rate. There is additional shipment fees for items weighing more than 20lb or 9.072kg, and when overnight shipment is required or used to fulfil customer’s order. A seller who does not have Ethos Account will handle all customer shipping and return orders. That is, the seller will be responsible for fulfilling all customer’s order. To get full fulfilment coverage from Scudin.com, you will need our Ethos Premium account during the vendor’s sign up and onboarding.

Yes, in certain scenario an approval may be required to sell within the listed categories, to protect the customer shopping experience and to allow the customers shop with ease of mind and confidence on Scudin.com Marketplace.

In this case, you can list your product on the “Uncategorized Items” category. This is available to sellers for products that do not clearly fit within the existing categories. Note: Do not place items in the Uncategorized Items category that can appropriately fit under one of the listed categories.

The commission you get as a seller depends on the category of products you are selling. Each product you sell on Scudin.com Marketplace falls within a certain category with the corresponding referral fee affix to them. You can access the information about the fees and pricing (Referral Fee Schedule when you become a vendor) on your seller dashboard.

We have two basic plans you can choose from if you decide to sell on Scudin.com Marketplace. One is the individual (basic) plan, and the other is a professional (business) plan. We also have Ethos Premium plan which comes with a lot of benefits to it, including fulfilment that is handled by Scudin.com. For the additional selling fees, you will need to login to your seller dashboard to view the breakdown of each item category referral fees we charge on each sales.
